By accessing or using RudderMarine.com Company’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

- “Products” refer to boat parts and supplies offered for sale by the Company.

RudderMarine Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time without notice. The most current version of the terms will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to ensure you are familiar with the latest version.
4. Product Information
The Company makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about its products. However, specifications, pricing, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. The Company does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content of the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
5. Ordering and Payment
When ordering products from RudderMarine Company, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment terms and conditions are outlined on our website and may be specified in invoices. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
We do not refund card fees usually 3% of a transaction if you decide to cancel your order. For example a $5000 order has a $150 card fee by using a credit card. If you want to cancel to avoid losing out on the 3% buying something else can help limit this damage.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver products promptly, as specified in your order. Shipping times and delivery estimates are approximate and can vary based on factors beyond the Company’s control. The Company is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during shipping if the user does not purchase shipping insurance.
7. Returns and Refunds
The Company has a 30 day returns and refunds policy, which is available on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy before making a purchase. The Company may refuse returns or refunds under certain circumstances.
For a total credit card refund we can refund you less 3% (card transaction fee). We recommend buying something else to absorb the merchant processing fees if you decide to get cold feet on a purchase. Cash refunds can be a 1:1 ratio.
8. Warranty and Liability
The Company offers products from various manufacturers and suppliers. Warranties provided with products are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CostAero Company values your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, and use, of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. RudderMarine does not share your personal information.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oregon.
